1) execution of the construction project, execution and premeasurement of works for the task entitled: “Development of project documentation for the performance of construction works consisting in the reconstruction of the gas network n/c with connections in the msc. Malbork Klonowa Street” [SG/00085122].”

Based on the conditions set out in Annex 2 to the Agreement.

2) obtaining all required opinions, permits and decisions, including obtaining on behalf of and for the benefit of

The Contracting Authority, from the competent authority, the final decision on the building permit;

3) execution of the investor's cost estimate;

4) exercising author's supervision.
