Batch provision of the comprehensive maintenance service of all buildings, their main installations, electrical, thermal, water, fire protection, sanitation, and other goods and systems (elevators, gates, lightning arresters, fire extinguishers, appliances) that make up the work centers of the Emergency Service from the Principality of Asturias.

It includes the work and work related to the overhaul and maintenance of all installations, including electrical, air conditioning and thermal, plumbing, domestic hot water (ACS), small masonry works, doors, gates, appliances and other minor installations in all buildings.

It includes the actions and work necessary, in compliance with the applicable regulations, for the proper operation of the fire protection facilities of all SEPA workplaces, as well as their helipads. With regard to fire extinguishers, it is understood to include recharge after use, the removal and replacement of all fire extinguishers in SEPA buildings, helipads and fleet, as well as all necessary replacements by regulations and the preservation of fire-fighting elements.

It includes the actions and work necessary for the proper use and operation, in accordance with the applicable legal regulations, of the three elevators available to SEPA in La Morgal (Llanera), two in building 112 Asturias and one in the fire station, as well as a forklift existing in building number 4 ship-warehouse.
