The consultation procedure is an open call for tenders pursuant to Articles 66 to 68 of Decree No 2016-360 of 25.3.2016 relating to public contracts subject to the order of 23.7.2015.

In order to benefit from the best animal housing conditions, the Institute wishes to entrust the operations of laundering, lodging, maintenance and maintenance of rodent lines to an external company. In parallel, this company will be responsible for monitoring the operation of the premises where the previous operations will be carried out.

This contract is a framework agreement in accordance with Article 78 of the Decree of 25 March 2016; It will give rise to the issue of purchase orders established by Inserm, under the conditions set out in article 80 of the decree of 25.3.2016.

Benefits are defined in the CCTP of the market.

They are broken down into three distinct services:

- the provision of an operational manager, responsible for the pet shop and team leader,

- zootechnicians: healers and laundry workers,

- the punctual astreintes.
