1 Basic requirements, which should meet the offered car Notes Chassis with cab

1.1. o It must comply with the requirements of Polish road traffic regulations, taking into account the requirements for privileged vehicles, in accordance with the Act of 20 June 1997. “Road Traffic Law” (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 450, as amended), together with implementing regulations.

o The car must be marked with the operating numbers of the State Fire Brigade in accordance with Order No. 1 of the Commandant of the Chief of the State Fire Brigade of January 24, 2020r on the transport economy in the organizational units of the State Fire Brigade.

o He must have a valid certificate of admission issued by the CNBOP-PIB in Józefów k/Otwock. At the date of submission of tenders, provide a copy of the current certificate with the test report to tender.

o It must hold an up-to-date certificate of approval of the chassis.

o It must meet the general and detailed requirements according to PN-EN 1846-1 and 1846-2

o Vehicle and chassis factory new, year of production of chassis min. 2021, engine, chassis and cabin of the same manufacturer.

1.2. The car must meet the requirements for heavy class S (according to PN-EN 1846-2)

2.1. Total weight of the vehicle ready for rescue and firefighting action shall not exceed 22 000 kg

2.2. A vehicle ready for action (vehicle with crew, full tanks, built-up and equipment) should have:

o Rake angle: min. 24 º,

o Angle of descent: min. 23º,

o Ground clearance under axles: min. 300 mm,

o Overall height of the vehicle: max. 3320 mm (with two-span ladder)

o Overall length: max 8900 mm

2.3. The weight reserve of the vehicle ready for rescue and firefighting action (vehicle with crew, full tanks, built-up and equipment) in relation to the permissible total weight of the vehicle determined by the manufacturer (counted to the so-called technical DMC) min. 8%. No less value is allowed due to the operation of the vehicle in harsh off-road conditions.
