decommist REME site (Lot 2)

The city of Mönchengladbach intends to carry out extensive building retrofitting and open space unsealing measures for the purpose of urban revitalization of a former military and commercial area.

The decommissioning and disposal concept/building and area cadastre/pollutant cadastre of 22 August 2019 and the present specifications deal with the area “Lot 2” with a total area of approx. 60 550 m2, consisting of the sub-areas: Reme-West (approx. 26 400 m2), CFF 2 (approx. 17 000 m2 ), CFF 1 west part (approx. 10 650 m2) and Reme-East west part (approx. 6 500 m2).
