The subject of the contract is to maintain cleanliness and order on the indicated roadways of municipal roads on sidewalks, bicycle paths, squares and pedestrian crossings, removing slippery and snow from the roadways of municipal and district roads located within the administrative boundaries of the Stargard City Commune, and removing slippery and snow from sidewalks, bicycle paths, squares and pedestrian crossings and performing other activities specified in this specification of the terms of the contract.

A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract, as known to the Contracting Authority at the date of initiation of the procedure, shall be determined by this SWZ, and in particular the draft contract of Annex 6 to the SWZ — the actual scope of work necessary for the execution of the subject of the contract, which is included in the the definition of the object of the order may differ from the scope described by the order documents.
