The intention of the request for tenders is to establish a framework agreement for consultancy services for the entities that are listed as rights holders (contracting authorities) in the attached SSA-R, Annex 1, as well as the contest rules, point 1.2.

The businesses use both Norwegian and foreign workers who are employed or engaged abroad, but also foreign workers who are employed or engaged in Norway. This includes workers from throughout the world. Therefore, there is a need for a tenderer with international collaboration partners with, among other things, legal expertise in both national and international matters, primarily in the areas of tax law, labour law and social security schemes, as well as immigration.
