The subject of the contract is the execution of construction works for the project entitled "Expansion and reconstruction of sewage treatment plants and ordering of water and sewage management in Łomża" implemented under the Operational Program Infrastructure and Environment 2014-2020 in accordance with the provisions of law in force in Poland, in particular the Construction Law (consolidated text Journal of Laws of 2017 item 1332, as amended).

Range:

The scope includes the extension and reconstruction of the sewage treatment plant - stage I and modernization of the thermal system to ensure proper operation and improve the operation of the treatment plant. Applies to the construction of new and partial reconstruction and renovation of existing facilities and external networks. To the extent necessary for the communication service of the facilities, a reconstruction of the road system in connection with the existing communication is also planned. The scope of work at the sewage treatment plant has been divided into tasks in accordance with the design documentation.

Construction and executive designs, as well as STWIORB constitute an integral part of the Description of the Object of the Contract (Annex 1 to OPZ).

All works should be carried out in accordance with construction and execution designs carried out by:
