Today, Nuremberg's Plärrer is of central importance both as a transport hub for private transport and public transport, as well as an urban space between the Gostenhof district and the old town. As a consequence of the exclusively traffic-related view of the 1970s, it is now an unsatisfactory place, both in terms of design and function, dominated by traffic. The overarching goal of holistic planning is the "reclamation" of the Plärrer as a public space.
Part of the planning is a reorganization of the urban development and traffic situation by redistributing the road traffic area and rerouting the tram and bus route with the creation of an attractive interchange stop between tram, bus and subway. This contract includes the planning services in accordance with the HOAI Structural Engineering Service Profile.
The contract includes the planning for 6 properties in accordance with HOAI 2021 for structural design in accordance with § 51 Scope: selected basic services as well as additional special services.
