The object of this contract is the maintenance of non-collective sanitation facilities on the territory of COMPA.

This service is carried out on a voluntary basis by users.

The services will consist of maintenance of non-collective sanitation pre-treatment devices (and / or other equipment defined below), at the request of the user:

- execution of maintenance work on non-collective sanitation facilities: collection (emptying) and / or maintenance of specific equipment, using suitable equipment;

- routing of materials to specialized processing sites;

- the drafting of documents giving an account of the maintenance operations carried out: the establishment of intervention slips and monitoring of emptying materials;

- the preparation of documents necessary for their invoicing;

- travel and resulting costs necessary for the performance of these services.

The services will be of two types:

- “ordinary” interventions, at “usual” working hours, and on a scheduled date,

- emergency interventions, repairs (in the event of overflow, obstruction of the structure) on express request, and within a short period (48 hours).

This contract is a framework agreement with single-beneficiary purchase orders entered into in application of articles R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6 and R. 2162-13 to R. 2162-14 of the public procurement code. The contract is concluded for a minimum amount of EUR 30,000 excluding VAT and a maximum amount of EUR 120,000 excluding VAT for each of the two-year periods. This contract will take effect from its date of notification, for a period of two years, tacitly renewable once for the same period of two years, on its anniversary date, without being able to exceed a total period of four years.
