The subject of the procurement are the following services:
Building cleaning services divided into cleaning services and glass/façade cleaning for objects and surfaces.
Mitteldeutsche Flughafen AG (tendering for Flughafen Leipzig/Halle GmbH, Flughafen Dresden GmbH and Portground GmbH) - hereinafter referred to as AG - intends to implement cost-optimized, flexible and high-quality management by tendering the following operational services.
The advertised services are to be provided both in the security area and in the generally accessible area. In addition, the services must be carried out during flight operating hours, during the night, during ongoing operations and under the influence of the public.
The contract for lots 1 and 2 begins on 01.04.2024 and is concluded for 4 years, i.e. until 31.03.2028 and is extended twice for 2 more years if the contract is not terminated in writing with a notice period of 6 months to the end of the contract. Lot 1 and Lot 2 will not be awarded together!
The tendered service for Lot 3 and Lot 4 each consists of a part of the cleaning service (VB-L) and the aircraft interior cleaning (framework agreement).
The contract for Lots 3 and 4 begins on 1.1.2025 and is concluded for 4 years, i.e. until 31.12.2028, and is extended twice for a further 2 years if the contract is not terminated in writing with a notice period of 6 months to the end of the contract.
The dates for all site visits extend from 21.08.-08.09.2023; please make a note of the date!
Cleaning services at Leipzig/Halle AirportLeipzig:
- public terminal/service/office/accommodation and technical buildings with a floor area of approx. 160,000 m² in maintenance cleaning and approx. 46,000 m² in glass maintenance/glass and façade cleaning
- plus special areas in and outside buildings of several thousand m²
The advertised services are to be provided both in the security area and in the generally accessible area. In addition, the services must be carried out during flight operating hours, during the night, during ongoing operations and under the influence of the public.
Cleaning services at Dresden AirportDresden:
- The areas listed in the room book for maintenance cleaning amount to 55,208.50 m² and for glass cleaning to 21,520.00 m².

Aircraft interior cleaning and cleaning services PortGround at Leipzig/Halle AirportThe contractor shall provide the client with services in aircraft interior cleaning, including waste disposal during the aircraft's stay at the respective airport.
The advertised services are to be provided both in the security area and in the generally accessible area. In addition, the services must be carried out during flight operating hours, during the night, during ongoing operations and under the influence of the public.
The award criteria are as follows: price 55%, order-related organizational concept: 25%, order-related process concept: 20%.
Aircraft interior cleaning and cleaning services PortGround at Dresden AirportThe contractor shall provide the client with services in aircraft interior cleaning, including waste disposal during the aircraft's stay at the respective airport.

The award criteria are as follows: price 55%, order-related organizational concept: 25%, order-related process concept: 20%.
