Framework agreement for support and development services in the field of business process analysis with Business Intelligence, SAP "GaBI"

The service call is planned from 01.08.2023. The term of the contract is valid for an expected term of 17 months from the date of the first service call.

In addition, an extension option for a further 12 months is possible.

In 2006, BG-Phoenics GmbH (BGP), as the client, carried out the phoenics.- Data Warehouse (DWH) for its customers and, since 2015, SAP Business Warehouse (BW) implementations as well as the operation of the systems and technical support.

As part of the Business Process Analysis with Business Intelligence (GaBI) project, the existing phoenics.-DWH is to be replaced by a modern hybrid SAP BW/4 solution (i.e. native SQL-DWH architecture using Datavault 2 modeling on a HANA DB as a database and, based on this, an SAP BW/4 solution for reporting) by 2024. The implementation has started with a Proof of Concept (PoC) "GaBI - Increment 1". On this basis, BGP's customers now also want to commission the implementation of further increments.
