The framework contract will be about performing studies and/or providing technical assistance in any of the fields liable to be object of a legislative proposal by the Commission in the field of emissions (including pollutants, noise and CO2) and fuel consumption for all relevant sectors (light and heavy-duty vehicles, L-category vehicles, T-category vehicles and non-road mobile machinery).

The following is a non-exhaustive list of work packages that the contractor may be confronted with:

1) regulated and-non regulated pollutants;

2) engine / powertrain and pollution control devices;

3) real driving / operating emissions;

4) emission modelling;

5) on-board diagnostic and monitoring;

6) greenhouse gas emissions;

7) noise emissions.
