1.The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 10 April 1997, Energy Law, hereinafter referred to as PE, by the Contracting Authority and the Co-Contracting Authority to their buildings and their infrastructure, in accordance with their legal titles. This order does not include electricity distribution services.

2.The Contractor shall fulfil the order under the terms and conditions described in the template of the contract constituting Annex 3 to the SWZ.

TARIFF GROUPS C (C11, C12a, C12b, C21, C22a, C23): 2,852,000 MWh

TARID GROUPS G (G11, G12, G12r): 2,286,000 MWh

TARIFE R: 4,320 MWh
