The Dynamic Acquisition System (DPS) focuses on the acquisition of display technology equipment and related services. The units of the City of Helsinki will procure the Dynamic Purchasing System with qualified suppliers through internal DPS tendering.

The dynamic purchasing system has three (3) divisions. A tenderer may participate in internal tendering procedures only in those areas for which it is approved.

1. Equipment and installations

2. Customer Services

3. Support and maintenance services.

The acquisition concerns professional image, sound and lighting systems and equipment and their installation. Procurement is carried out eg. The following facilities are available: conference rooms, auditoriums, banquet halls, immersion rooms, gyms, classrooms, lobby areas, media walls, interactive projection and multipurpose facilities.

The target of the acquisition is professional presentation technology design and other expert services.

The target of the acquisition is support and maintenance services for presentation technology.
