1.1 The subject of the contract is the provision of services in the field of collection, transport and processing of post-consumer waste from patient nutrition (excluding infectious waste) at the Provincial Hospital in Toruń.

The provision of services by the Contractor must be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Waste Act of 14.12.2012 (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1587, as amended) and other relevant provisions of law.

1.2. The specification specifying the type and quantity of waste being the subject of the contract is specified in Appendix. No. 2/1 to the SWZ. In this annex, the Contractor must also indicate the place and method of waste processing, the type of containers to be made available, and the means used to disinfect the containers. Incl. No. 2/1 to the Terms of Reference, the Contractor is obliged to fill in and attach to the offer.

1.3. Detailed requirements concerning the subject matter of the contract with a description of the scope of services (activities) and quality standards relating to all essential features of the subject of the contract are specified in Appendix. No. 2/2 to the SWZ.
