Oslo kommune c/o Grünerløkka district shall enter into framework agreement for day centre transport of elderly, disabled persons in the district borders. This concerns primarily the collection and delivery of individual users to their residence and to 2 day centres in the Grünerløkka district. The transport shall be carried out each day, Monday to Friday, year round. Transport is not required for Saturday/Sunday, public holidays and Christmas/New Year's Eve. It is anticipated that 8 to 12 persons will be transported each day. Tenderer must be able to transport up to 14 persons.

The framework agreement will have a duration of 2 years with an option for the Contracting Authority to extend the agreement for a further 1 year + 1 year from January 2016.
