Order name: “Comprehensive service to provide large-format devices (printer and scanner) and keep them operational in the period 2022 -2025.” The subject of the contract is the performance of a comprehensive service to the Contractor consisting in the provision of Devices, i.e. 1) a large format printer together with full-format monochrome and color printing software based on the technology of toner prints customized for network operation; 2) a large-format scanner with software, tailored to work on the network.

This service also includes the installation of equipment in the place indicated by the Contracting Authority, keeping them in continuous service during the period of implementation of the contract (the provision of service service) together with the delivery of all necessary consumables and their collection and disposal. The technical parameters of the required equipment are indicated in Annex 1 to the contract. A detailed description of the object of the contract shall include a model contract, together with Annex No 1, as set out in Annex No 7 to the SWZ.

3. The Purchaser does not allow submission of partial offers.

4. The Contracting Authority does not require the execution of the contract by the protected work establishments.

5. The Awarding Entity does not allow submitting variants.

6. The Awarding Entity does not envisage conducting an electronic auction.

7. The Contracting Authority allows the Contractor to carry out the subject of the contract using subcontractors on the terms set out in the SWZ.

8. The Contracting Authority shall, pursuant to Article 95 (1) of the Act, require the contractor (or subcontractor) to employ persons carrying out the activities referred to in Section 2 (4) of the Agreement, excluding paragraphs 3 and 12 (the model contract is annexed to the SWZ). The performance of these activities consists in the performance of work in the manner laid down in Article 22 (1) of the Act of 26 June 1974 — Labor Code (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2020, item 1320 as amended)

Attention! This employment requirement under an employment contract does not apply to the submitters: natural persons engaged in business activities who commit to the personal provision of the services referred to above and the partners of the personal companies who undertake to the personal provision of those services to the company.

9. The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Article 214 (1) (7) of the Law Pzp at a rate not exceeding PLN 167 609,67. These orders will consist of a repetition of similar services in relation to those described in this procedure in the template of the contract and the annex thereto. The conditions under which the above contracts will be awarded shall correspond to the conditions set out in this procedure in the template of the contract and the Annex thereto, with the conditions of participation in the proceedings likely to be limited to the repeated scope of the contract.

10. The Contracting Authority does not require the execution of the contract by protected work establishments, social cooperatives or other contractors subject to the provision of Article 94 (1) of the Law Pzp.

11. Attention! The value indicated in points II.1.5 and II.2.6 of the notice shall contain the orders referred to in Article 214 (1) (7) of Law Pzp.

12. The vadium is not required in the proceedings.
