The framework agreement with maximum is passed pursuant to Articles L. 2125-1 1 °, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-12 of the Public Order Code. It will result in subsequent contracts. It will be awarded to a minimum of 2 operators and a maximum of 3 economic operators (subject to a sufficient number of tenders)
