The purpose of the front of house service is to welcome visitors to the Wilberforce Health Centre site and to act as a central point of contact for tenants, contractors and the PCT as landlord. The service will thus ensure that the health centre meets statutory requirements; the premises standards required by healthcare provider staff and an environment for our patients, which is conducive to their needs.
