IT services in the Olympiastadion Berlin

The subject of the contract to be awarded are IT services for maintaining the stadium's IT infrastructure, which also includes around 30 administrative workstations, and ensuring uninterrupted operation during events.

The advertised performance includes the following areas:

- Monthly basic services to maintain the IT infrastructure: fault reception; Maintaining workstation computers and peripherals; Maintaining network printer pool; Maintaining server; Regular software updates (server and client); Maintaining internet access; Maintaining network hardware and cabling; Data security and data backup; Software management; Password management; Hardware management; Hardware management UPS; Management of the area-wide public WLAN infrastructure; Maintaining access control system; Procurement of hardware and software; Documentation and reporting. The contractor takes on the tasks of maintaining the IT infrastructure, possibly procures new hardware or software on behalf of the client and reports to the client at regular intervals about development potential or further developments,
