1) The subject of the contract is: "Delivery of brand new, built-in
and equipped with 14 "C" type ambulances with medical equipment for the Provincial Emergency Service in Katowice".
2) The scope of the contract includes: delivery, installation and equipment of "C" type ambulances.
3) A detailed description of the subject of the contract, a description of the requirements of the contracting authority in the scope of implementation and acceptance shall be specified by:
- the description of the subject of the contract is included in the technical specification constituting - Annex 1a to the SWZ,
- Designed provisions of the contract — Annex 5 to SWZ.
The subject of the contract is: "Delivery of brand new, built-in
and equipped with 14 "C" type ambulances with medical equipment for the Provincial Emergency Service in Katowice".
2) The scope of the contract includes: delivery, installation and equipment of "C" type ambulances.
3) A detailed description of the subject of the contract, a description of the requirements of the contracting authority in the scope of implementation and acceptance shall be specified by:
- the description of the subject of the contract is included in the technical specification constituting - Annex 1a to the SWZ,
- Designed provisions of the contract — Annex 5 to SWZ.
The Contracting Authority shall exclude the Contractor from the proceedings:
- subject to exclusion under Article 5k introduced by EU Council Regulation 2022/576 of 8 April 2022 amending Regulation (EU) No 833/2014 concerning restrictive measures in connection with Russia's actions destabilising the situation in Ukraine.
- subject to exclusion on the basis referred to in Article 7(1) of the Act of 13 April 2022 on special solutions in the field of counteracting support for aggression against Ukraine and serving to protect national security in the cases specified in this Act (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 835).
