The subject of the contract is the collection, transport and management of municipal waste from real estate remaining in the system of acceptance of municipal waste for 18 months organized by the Municipal Municipal Municipal Wronki Municipal Wronki. The subject of the order was divided into 7 separate and independent parts. Detailed information regarding the order is expressed in the Order Item Description annexed to SWZ.

The subject of the contract includes:

(a) receipt of municipal waste from owners of property located in the Gmina Wronki (Wielkopolskie Voivodeship, Szamotulski County), who remain in the municipal system of collection of municipal waste, cyclically at source, in terms of fractions:

i. unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste (hereinafter referred to as:,, mixed wastes'),

(b) receiving municipal waste from the Municipal Waste Selective Collection Point located in Wronki Municipality (hereinafter referred to as:,, PSZOK”), in the scope of waste fractions:

i. expired drugs,

ii. packages containing residues or contaminated hazardous substances,

iii. fluorescent lamps and other waste containing mercury,

(c) liquidation of wild landfills,

(d) transport of received municipal waste to the site of collection (management) of waste provided by the Contractor and indicated in the offer,

e) transfer for the purpose of the management of municipal waste at the place/places of collection (management) of waste provided by the Contractor and indicated/indicated in the offer,

f) ensuring during the entire period of implementation of services for the collection and transport of municipal waste to the place/places of collection (development) of all fractions of municipal waste,

(g) the performance of services and obligations related to the above scope of the contract.

The subject of the contract includes:

(a) receipt of municipal waste from owners of property located in the Gmina Wronki (Wielkopolskie Voivodeship, Szamotulski County), who remain in the municipal waste collection system, cyclically at source, in the scope of biowaste fractions, constituting municipal waste (hereinafter, biowaste”),

b) reception of Christmas trees.

(c) transport of received municipal waste to the site of collection (management) of waste provided by the Contractor and indicated in the offer,

(d) transfer for the purpose of the management of municipal waste at the place/places of collection (management) of waste provided by the Contractor and indicated/indicated in the offer,

(e) ensuring during the entire period of implementation of services for the collection and transport of municipal waste to the place/places of collection (development) of all fractions of municipal waste,

(f) the performance of services and obligations related to the above-mentioned scope of the contract.

The subject of the contract includes:

(a) receipt of municipal waste from owners of property located in the Municipality of Wronki (Greater Poland Voivodeship, Szamotulski County), who remain in the municipal system of collection of municipal waste, cyclically at source, in the scope of fractions Glass,

(b) receiving municipal waste from PSZOK, in the scope of glass fractions (excluding waste code 17 02 02 02),

(c) providing owners of property bags intended for selective collection and collection of waste: glass - to the extent that the waste deposit system provides for the collection of waste in bags,

(d) transport of received municipal waste to the site of collection (management) of waste provided by the Contractor and indicated in the offer,

e) transfer for the purpose of the management of municipal waste at the place/places of collection (management) of waste provided by the Contractor and indicated/indicated in the offer,

f) ensuring during the entire period of implementation of services for the collection and transport of municipal waste to the place/places of collection (development) of all fractions of municipal waste,

(g) the performance of services and obligations related to the above scope of the contract.

The subject of the contract includes:

(a) receipt of municipal waste from owners of property located in the Gmina Wronki (Wielkopolskie Voivodeship, Szamotulski County), who remain in the municipal system of collecting municipal waste, cyclically at source, in the scope of the paper fraction,

(b) to provide owners of property with bags intended for selective collection and collection of waste: paper - to the extent that the waste deposit system provides for the collection of waste in bags,

(c) transport of received municipal waste to the site of collection (management) of waste provided by the Contractor and indicated in the offer,

(d) transfer for the purpose of the management of municipal waste at the place/places of collection (management) of waste provided by the Contractor and indicated/indicated in the offer,

(e) ensuring during the entire period of implementation of services for the collection and transport of municipal waste to the place/places of collection (development) of all fractions of municipal waste,

(f) the performance of services and obligations related to the above-mentioned scope of the contract.

The subject of the contract includes:

(a) the receipt of municipal waste from owners of property located in the Gmina Wronki (Wielkopolskie Voivodeship, Szamotulski County), who remain in the municipal waste collection system, cyclically at source, in the range of fractions: metals; packaging of metals (hereinafter collectively: metals”), plastics (excl. waste code 17 02 03); plastic packaging waste and multi-material packaging waste (hereinafter collectively:, plastics'),

b) receiving municipal waste from PSZOK, in the range of fractions: metals and plastics,

(c) to provide owners of property with bags intended for selective collection and collection of waste: metals and plastics - to the extent that the waste deposit system provides for the collection of waste in bags,

(d) transport of received municipal waste to the site of collection (management) of waste provided by the Contractor and indicated in the offer,

e) transfer for the purpose of the management of municipal waste at the place/places of collection (management) of waste provided by the Contractor and indicated/indicated in the offer,

f) ensuring during the entire period of implementation of services for the collection and transport of municipal waste to the place/places of collection (development) of all fractions of municipal waste,

(g) the performance of services and obligations related to the above scope of the contract.

The subject of the contract includes:

(a) receiving municipal waste from PSZOK, in the range of fractions:

i. large-sized waste,

ii. worn tires,

iii. plastics limited to code 17 02 03,

iv. biowaste,

(b) organising mobile collections of municipal waste for the collection of large waste (under the principles set out in Chapter XII of the Description of the Subject of the Order [hereinafter:, OPZ”]),

(c) transport of received municipal waste to the site of collection (management) of waste provided by the Contractor and indicated in the offer,

(d) transfer for the purpose of the management of municipal waste at the place/places of collection (management) of waste provided by the Contractor and indicated/indicated in the offer,

(e) ensuring during the entire period of implementation of services for the collection and transport of municipal waste to the place/places of collection (development) of all fractions of municipal waste,

(f) the performance of services and obligations related to the above-mentioned scope of the contract.

The subject of the contract includes:

(a) receiving municipal waste from PSZOK, in the range of fractions:

i. debris,

ii. glass limited to code 17 02 02,

iii. mixed waste from construction,

iv. waste papa,

v. insulation materials,

vi. paper,

vii. consumed electrical and electronic equipment,

viii. batteries and rechargeable batteries.

(b) organising mobile collections of municipal waste (hereinafter referred to as “MZOK”) for the reception of used electrical and electronic equipment (under the principles set out in Chapter XII of the OPZ).

(c) transport of received municipal waste to the site of collection (management) of waste provided by the Contractor and indicated in the offer,

(d) transfer for the purpose of the management of municipal waste at the place/places of collection (management) of waste provided by the Contractor and indicated/indicated in the offer,

(e) ensuring during the entire period of implementation of services for the collection and transport of municipal waste to the place/places of collection (development) of all fractions of municipal waste,

(f) the performance of services and obligations related to the above-mentioned scope of the contract.
