This assignment concerns the conclusion of a framework agreement with 1 contractor whereby all conditions for the implementation of this assignment are laid down. The purpose of the framework agreement is the delivery of bread and pastries by the contractor at the request of the contracting parties during the term described in the contract documents. For further explanation, we refer to the technical provisions of the assignment documents.
