A global maintenance contract needs to be put in place for the ELSA (European Laboratory for Structure Assessment) hydraulic fluid installations and equipment. A framework contract will therefore be prepared. It will provide most of the maintenance services, the ordinary maintenance including preventive and corrective maintenance and the extraordinary maintenance for unforeseen, non-recurrent, and/or expensive maintenance events. Assistance and project design services will also be incorporated in this contract.
