The purpose of the tender is to appoint an organisation to manage the delivery of fully online training as an end-to-end service on behalf of SOLAS under the eCollege brand. The successful tenderer will support eCollege learners through their learning journey from managing enquiries from prospective learners, to supporting learning and certification, to follow up reporting on post-course progression to other courses or employment, etc. The successful tenderer will also monitor and report on the service, manage quality assurance mechanisms, ensure continuous review and improvement, maintain a relevant course offering, and provide the highest quality online learning to eCollege target groups in line with SOLAS policy and strategic priorities.
