The subject of the order is the creation of BDOT and GESUT databases, digitalization of PZGiK resource materials together with the creation of spatial records of source documents (RPDŹ) and implementation of modernization and updating of land and building registry databases (EGiB) for the Powiat Zduńskowolski. A detailed description of the subject of the contract - technical conditions is provided in Annex 2 (a - f) to the ToR. The other conditions regarding the execution of the contract have been specified in the contract template - Annex No. 7a - 7f to the Terms of Reference. The above attachments are an integral part of this ToR and the subject of the order must be carried out in accordance with their provisions.

In the procedure under consideration, the procedure resulting from Art. 24aa uPzp (the so-called inverted procedure).

The Contractor shall grant a minimum of 24 months warranty for the executed object of the contract.

The subject of the order is the creation of BDOT and GESUT databases consisting in the development of a database of topographic objects with details ensuring the creation of standard cartographic works in scale 1: 500 - 1: 5000 (BDOT500) for the Zapolice commune, development of a database of geodetic records of the utilities network (GESUT) and the implementation of necessary actions harmonizing the databases for the Zapolice commune. Subject of the contract The Employer divides into two implementation stages:

1) Stage I - involving the development of BDOT500 data based on the materials provided, including PZGiK measurement documentation. The deadline for the implementation of Stage I to 31.1.2020.

2) Stage II - consisting in transferring data, documentation and data sets, supplying BDPZGiK with the results of works and implementing measures harmonizing the other related databases and registers in BDPZGiK. The deadline for implementing Stage I to 28.2.2020.

The Contractor shall grant a minimum of 24 months warranty for the executed object of the contract. The warranty period will be counted from the date of the end of the protocol final acceptance of the full scope of the service covered by the order. 7.4.6. The Contractor having its registered office on the territory of the Republic of Poland, with respect to a person residing outside the territory of the Republic of Poland, to whom the document referred to in point 7.4.1 of the Terms of Reference is applicable, submits the document referred to in point 7.4.2 of the Terms of Reference, item 1), within the scope defined in art. 24 sec. 1 points 14 and 21 Pzp. If in the country where the person concerned has a place of residence, such documents are not issued, it shall be replaced by a document containing a statement of that person made before a notary or before a judicial, administrative or professional self-regulatory or economic authority competent for the place residence of that person. The provision of point 7.4.3. The SIWZ applies.

1) Stage I - consisting in preparing the initial data of the GESUT database and BDOT500 data (for districts 14 and 15 of the city of Zduńska Wola) based on the available materials, including industry data and measurement documentation of PZGiK. including the elimination of elements (objects) that are duplicated in the database (for the city of Zduńska Wola). The deadline for the implementation of Stage I to 30.9.2020.

2) Stage II - consisting in transferring data, documentation and data sets, supplying BDPZGiK with the results of works and implementing measures harmonizing the other related databases and registers in BDPZGiK. The deadline for the implementation of Stage I to 20.11.2020.

The Contractor shall grant a minimum of 24 months warranty for the executed object of the contract. The warranty period will be counted from the date of the end of the protocol final acceptance of the full scope of the service covered by the order. The warranty period is set equal to the warranty period.

The subject of the order is the performance of the service consisting in the implementation of the doGitalization of PZGiK resource materials together with the creation of spatial records of source documents (RPDŹ), in accordance with the list of technical operators to be scanned - 2,000 pcs.

Subject of the contract The Employer divides into two implementation stages:

1) Stage I - consisting in completing the task for the first 100 technical operators, including technical inspection and batch loading of scanned resources and metadata to the Data Base of the District Geodetic and Cartographic Resources. The deadline for the implementation of Stage I to 31.1.2020.

2) Stage II - consisting in completing the task for the remaining technical operators covered by the task, including technical control and batch loading of scanned resources and metadata to the Data Base of the District Geodetic and Cartographic Resources. The deadline for the implementation of Stage II to 30.3.2020.
