The contracting authority invites tenderers to apply for pre-qualification for participation in a restricted tender competition. A tender contest for a turnkey contract concerning the construction of a new sheltered accommodation centre in Alta municipality. The area of the centre is approx. 24 000 m². The pre-qualified contractor/supplier groups will be invited to participation in a tender contest for the turnkey contract. The contracting authority wishes to use the contract form ‘partnering for turnkey contract’. The start of works is ultimo October 2017 with completion by 1 July 2020.
