Built-up area per floor approx. 1,400 m²

Plan 0 - 6, parking deck, ramp system and stairs, totaling about 9,800 m².

In addition, 1 pcs. sprinkler reservoir as well as engineering rooms located under the ramp are included in terrain level.

The driveway and exit are located on the ground floor.

The P-house is being built as a split-level with approximately 20 parking spaces per half floor.

All facades are carried out as described according to architect material.

At the end of the construction period, other contractors will have to perform miscellaneous works regarding signage, etc
