The performance of services in the field of forest management in the area of the Red Manor Forest District in the year 2022

1. The subject of the contract is services in the field of forest management as defined in Article 6 (1) (1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (text one: Journal of Laws of 2021 item 1275 as late as “Forests Act”) covering works in the field of forest farming and conservation, acquisition and ranting wood, to be made on the territory of the Forest District Red Dwór in the year 2022.

2. The scope of the subject of the contract shall include the total quantities of works in the field of forest farming and conservation, harvesting and sparing of timber resulting from Annex 3 to the SWZ, which consists of:

— size of works by activity groups, activities and location;

— timber collection sortyment system;

— the statement of the distance and conditions of the wood rip;

— a summary of items not made available for machine-sourcing;

— information on the use of possible logging technologies.

3. The material ranges set out in Annexes No 3.1. - 3.3. and 3.5. are of an estimate.

Package I — forestry: Borek

The subject of the contract is forest management services as defined in Article 6 (1) (1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (text: Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1275 — “Forests Act” as amended) covering work on forest farming and conservation, harvesting and breaking timber for performance in the area of the Red Manor Forest District in the year 2022. The scope of the object of the contract includes the total quantities of work in the field of farming and forest protection, logging and breaking of timber resulting from Annex 3 to SWZ, which consists of Annex 3.1. - 3.5., containing: the size of the work by groups of activities, activities and locations; timber collection sortyment system; statement of distances and conditions of timber ripping; statement of items not made available for machine sourcing; information on the use of possible logging technologies. The tangible ranges set out in Annexes Nos 3.1 - 3.3. and 3.5. are estimated. The quality standards relating to all relevant features of the subject of the contract and the descriptions of the technology for carrying out individual forestry work (activities) included in Annex 4 to the SWZ. Descriptions of the action codes describing the individual forestry works (activities) included in the subject of the contract are described in Annex 4 to SWZ. A description of the rules for the receipt of forestry works is set out in Annex 4 to the SWZ.

The implementation of the works included in the subject of the order for individual Packages will take place in the forestry area - appropriate for the given Package ("Package Implementation Area"). Indicated in Annexes 3.1. - 3.3. the location (forest address) of individual forest works falling under the Subject Matter of the Agreement is preliminary. The location (forest address) of individual works falling within the scope of the Subject of the Agreement will be specified in the Order referred to in point 3.3. item 1), with the proviso that it will always be the Package Implementation Area.

In view of the actual natural weather situation that may occur during the execution of the subject of the contract, as well as the economic and economic situation unforeseen at the moment, the Contracting Authority reserves the right to make reductive adjustments, enhancement adjustments, new location, as well as pausing the steps indicated in each line of tables describing the subject of the order. Increasing adjustments do not imply the introduction of new works, not covered by the scope of the contract, and reductive adjustments do not imply a complete abandonment of part They should be understood as increasing the amount of work in one location (forest address) in the Package Implementation Area (including locations in the Package Implementation Area not pre-indicated in the SWZ), while reducing the amount of work in another location (forest address) on Package Implementation Area, within the total quantities of individual work falling within the scope of the Contract Subject as defined in the SWZ, to be carried out throughout the Package Implementation Area. The need to increase the size of certain elements of the procurement in the course of the performance of the contract subject may also occur in order to complete the full range of works described in the subject matter of the contract. Establishing a new location is carried out within the subject of the order, always only in the Package Redeemment Area.

Package III — Forestry: Dunajki
