NHS Cornwall as lead commissioner and current host of the Cornwall Drug and Alcohol Team (DAAT) invite expressions of interest from suitable and experienced service providers for the provision of a Recovery Orientated Integrated System throughout the County of Cornwall serving a population of approximately 535 300 residents.
