The subject of the contract is the execution of construction works related to the reconstruction of a building located at 22 Taborowa Street for the needs of the Central Office for Combating Cybercrime Management Board in Poznań – Stage II.

1. The subject of the contract is the execution of construction works related to the reconstruction of the building located at 22 Taborowa Street for the needs of the Central Cybercrime Bureau Management Board in Poznań – Stage II.

2. The scope of works shall, in particular, include:

1) extension of the workshop building with a garage part;

2) execution of construction works in the field of elevator shaft construction, reinforcement of ceilings in technical rooms, reinforcement of lintels;

3) execution of new brick and plasterboard partition walls;

4) execution of new floors;

5) execution of thermal insulation from the inside;

6) new internal plasters;

7) execution of new wall cladding;

8) installation of internal door joinery;

9) installation of internal window sills;

10) installation of suspended ceilings;

11) execution of external plasters in consultation with the MKZ;

12) Execution of internal installations:

a) water and sewage, water supply, hydrant, central heating, air conditioning, ventilation for the administration building,

b) water and sewage for a workshop and garage building;

13) installation of storey switchgears and WLZ;

14) execution of internal electrical installations of lighting and 230V sockets;

15) implementation of a guaranteed power supply system based on UPS and telecommunications power plant;

16) Execution of telecommunication installations:

a) automation and BMS,

b) fire alarm (SSP/SAP),

c) access control (AC),

d) burglary and assault signaling (SWiN),

e) CCTV,

(f) wideodomofonowej (CEO);

g) utility television (RTV),

(h) przyzywowej;

17) execution of structured cabling category 8.1;

18) land development works.

A detailed description of the subject of the contract is specified in the executive documentation constituting Annex 7 to the SWZ.

3. The contractor applying for the award of the contract in question shall be obliged to carry out an on-site inspection of the place of works before submitting the tender, otherwise it will be rejected. The vision can be held on:

1) 16.08.2023 at 10:00;

2) 17.08.2023 at 10:00;

3) 18.08.2023 at 10:00.

Contractors who want to make a site inspection should report on designated days before the end of the time specified for a given day at the pass office of the Police Prevention Department in Poznań (entry from Taborowa Street).
