3.1. The subject of the order is the Service of booking, purchase and delivery of air and rail tickets for domestic and foreign routes, reservation and purchase of accommodation and insurance policies and mediation in the process of obtaining visas for employees and delegates of the Ordering Party in the scope of:

3.1.1. booking, purchase and delivery of air tickets for foreign and domestic routes,

3.1.2. purchase of domestic and international train tickets,

3.1.3. booking and purchase of accommodation in the country and abroad together with additional services offered by hotels,

3.1.4. mediation in the process of obtaining visas,

3.1.5. purchase of insurance policies.

The subject of the contract is the service of booking, purchase and delivery of air and rail tickets for domestic and foreign routes, as well as booking and purchase of hotel seats, insurance and mediation in the process of obtaining visas for delegates of the Chief Pharmaceutical Inspectorate within a period of 8 months.

1. As part of the subject of the contract, it is planned to purchase:

a) 63 pcs. air tickets on foreign routes,

b) 3 pcs. air tickets on domestic routes,

c) 602 pcs. train tickets on domestic routes,

d) 163 pcs. hotel places outside the country,

e) 1143 pcs. hotel places in the country,

f) 119 pcs. travel insurance policies,

g) 15 pcs. visa procedures,

A detailed description and scope of the subject of the contract is contained in the Description of the subject of the contract, hereinafter referred to as "OPZ", constituting Appendix No. 1 to the Specification of the Terms of The Contract, hereinafter referred to as "SWZ", and in the Proposed provisions of the contract constituting Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ.
