The subject of the procedure and procurement is the development and implementation of incident and notification support system, monitoring IT infrastructure, support Active Directory audit for the purposes of the Ignatianum Academy in Krakow, together with warranty services.

The subject of the procedure and procurement is the development and implementation of incident and notification support system, monitoring IT infrastructure, support Active Directory audit for the purposes of the Ignatianum Academy in Krakow together with warranty service, hereinafter referred to as well as “subject of order” or “System”.

The subject of the contract includes in particular:

(a) the implementation of the Pre-Way Analysis and the preparation of the Pre-Way Analysis Document;

(b) the development and implementation of the System at the Contracting Authority with the provision of the necessary components (in particular the provision and granting of software licenses), which will meet all the requirements described in the SWZ, in particular the Detailed Description of the Order Subject (SOPZ- Annex 1A to SWZ) and the Designed Terms of the Agreement (PPU — Annex 2 to SWZ);

(c) carrying out training services;

(d) the provision of a guarantee on the System;

e) the provision of Maintenance Services (Guarantee Service) for ensuring the correct operation of the System in accordance with its intended purpose, consisting in maintaining, updating and servicing the System

(f) the elaboration and provision of the Documentation to the Contracting Authority with the licence for it;

Meanings of words, expressions, abbreviations, etc. written in capital letter should also be sought in the proposed Agreement Terms of Annex 2 to SWZ (especially in § 1 PPU — Definitions).

A detailed description and scope of the object of the order is set out in Annex No 1A to SWZ “Detailed description of the object of the order”.

The detailed conditions and method of execution of the contract are set out in Annex 2 to the SWZ — the proposed provisions of the contract (hereinafter also referred to as the 'Draft Agreement').

The Contracting Authority requires a guarantee/ provision of Maintenance Services (Guarantee Service Services) on the System described in detail in the Annex to No 1A to SWZ for the period indicated there. Details of guarantees, warranties and benefits related thereto are set out in Annex 1A to the SWZ and in the Draft Agreement of Annex 2 to the SWZ.
