1.The subject of the contract is the purchase and delivery of a system for intraoperative neuronavigation with neuromonitoring and a mobile C-arm with 3D imaging for the needs of the Operating Block for the needs of the WSzW Operating Block in Gorzów Wlkp. Sp. z o.o.

2.A detailed description of the subject of the contract and estimated quantities are contained in:

a.Za connector no. 2 to the SWZ – Price appendix,

b.Za connector no. 2.1 to SWZ – List of technical parameters,

c.Za Annex No. 3 to the SWZ – draft agreement.

– constituting respectively annexes to the SWZ.

As part of the subject of the contract, the Contractor will provide delivery of the System for intraoperative neuronavigation with neuromonitoring and sets of reusable tools and sterile disposable kits for neuromonitoring of nerve structures, as well as Mobile C-arm with 3D imaging.
