The purpose of the dynamic purchasing system is the duties of a consultant for a developer in the Järvenpää City Group. The dynamic purchasing system is divided into five (5) areas:

1. Construction of municipal engineering

2. Landscaping

3. Environmental construction

4. Bridge and folding structures

5. Project leader.

Applications for participation in the Dynamic Purchase System may be submitted throughout the duration of the dynamic purchasing system at tender service.fi. The subscriber accepts any candidate who has submitted an application to participate in the dynamic purchasing system and who meets the eligibility criteria. Eligibility requirements are described in the ESPD form, in the Additional Terms section of the Call for Proposals, and in the Acquisition Criteria section. The tenderer may select the sub-areas for which he wishes to submit a tender and enter reference requirements only for the sub-areas of his choice.

In section 1, candidates are invited to apply to participate in the dynamic procurement system for municipal engineering consultancy services.

Municipal engineering assignments include the construction and supervision of site prefabrication, streets and other waterways, and water supply. The assignments may also be related to the construction of water areas, the construction of green areas, yards, sports areas and other areas, and the supervision of the construction.

In competitive tendering within a dynamic sourcing system, the qualification of the person to be nominated as a project manager must be FAP-rated RAP or otherwise demonstrated through work experience and references.

In section 2, candidates are invited to apply to participate in the dynamic procurement system for landscaping consultancy services.

The assignments are eg. construction and monitoring of green areas, waterfront management, stormwater management and watercourses. The objects can also be for example demanding lighting and the construction of various sports facilities. The assignment may also include the tasks and supervision of the construction of courtyards in public buildings.

In competitions within a dynamic sourcing system, the qualification of the person nominated as a Landscaping Project Manager for the demanding landscaping system must be certified by the Verification Board of Verifiers for the Greens, or otherwise demonstrated through work experience and references.

The task area may also include conventional municipal engineering construction.

In section 3, candidates are invited to apply for participation in the dynamic purchasing system for environmental engineering consultancy services.

Assignments can be tasks such as contaminated land and landfills.

In competitive tendering within a dynamic sourcing system, the person nominated as Environmental Project Manager must be qualified as an Environmental Engineering Bachelor of Engineering, a groundwater and groundwater sampler and field supervisor, and be familiar with the sampling, analysis and removal of contaminated soil.

The person must have experience in public authority, environmental permit application, permit preparation and coordination and overall management of the permit process. Qualifications must be demonstrable through training, work experience and references.

The task area may also include conventional municipal engineering construction.

In section 4, we invite candidates to apply for participation in the dynamic purchasing system for bridge and artwork construction services.

The assignments are eg. construction and supervision of the construction of bridges, retaining walls, stairs, quay structures.

The person nominated as the Project Manager or Supervisor of Bridge and Skill Structures must have the qualifications of a FISE Concrete Work Supervisor or a FISE Concrete Supervisor or otherwise be proven equivalent through work experience and references. The task area may also include conventional municipal engineering construction.

In section 5, we invite candidates to apply for participation in the Dynamic Procurement System for the City of Järvenpää's interest in coordinating third party projects.

The assignments are eg. coordinating and coordinating the interfaces between the block and the city.

The qualifications of the person nominated as a responsible project manager must be RAPS in accordance with FISE or otherwise demonstrated through work experience and references.

The task area may also include conventional municipal engineering construction.
