The three new buildings are built in solid construction as non-basement two-storey buildings with a relay level and flat roof. There is a technical room on the ground floor and an elevator is built on the stairwell. The subject of the services to be carried out in this trade is the work for the outdoor facilities of the three buildings.

The construction works advertised are the work on the outdoor facilities for the three residential buildings and the associated ancillary works. According to the current schedule, the advertised work is expected to be carried out between the three houses at the following times:

House A: 19.09.2022 - 23.12.2022,

House B: 02.05.2023 - 14.07.2023 and

House C: 02.10.2023 - 15.12.2023,
