PART I – PREPARATION OF PRE-DESIGN AND DESIGN DOCUMENTATION FOR THE RENOVATION OF THE SURFACE AND PAVEMENT OF ROADS IN THE ADMINISTRATIVE PART AS PART OF THE TASK ENTITLED "REPAIR OF ROADS OF THE COMPLEX" OF THE JASTRZĘBIE WAREHOUSE

PART II – PREPARATION OF PRE-DESIGN AND DESIGN DOCUMENTATION FOR THE RENOVATION OF THE SURFACE AND HARDENING OF ROADS IN THE TECHNICAL PART AS PART OF THE TASK ENTITLED "REPAIR OF ROADS OF THE COMPLEX" OF THE JASTRZĘBIE WAREHOUSE

Preparation of pre-design and design documentation for the renovation of the surface and hardening of roads in the administrative part as part of the task entitled "Renovation of roads of the complex" of the Jastrzębie Warehouse, meeting the requirements set out in Articles 99, 101 and 102 of the "Public Procurement Law", which will constitute a description of the subject of the contract for construction works in accordance with Article 103 of the PPL Act for the implementation of material renovation of the surface and hardening of roads in the Jastrzębie Warehouse. The subject of the contract is also a valid notification of construction works in the Opole Voivodship Office in Opole and subsequent author's supervision in the scope covered by the design documentation and the transfer of author's economic rights – task 21889.

MATERIAL SCOPE OF THE SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT.

The prepared pre-design and design documentation should contain all the elements necessary for the correct, lawful and demanding effect of the ordering party, i.e. renovation of road surfaces and paved squares in the administrative part of complex 2925 of the Jastrzębie Warehouse. The documentation will cover all necessary construction works in a level of detail allowing for their unambiguous definition.

The scope covered by pre-design and design studies should include at least the adaptation of existing roads and paved yards to the load capacity requirements, technical conditions to be met by roads and their location to ensure transport by wheeled heavy goods vehicles with a single axle load of up to 8t.

The existing road network in the administrative area of the Jastrzębie Depot requires:

a) renovation of roads with a paved surface from the entrance gate to the complex together with a section of the road behind the entrance gate to the technical area along with the first intersection,

(b) manoeuvring areas,

c) changes in traffic organization in order to improve access to combat equipment warehouses,

d) hardening of fire protection roads. to ensure free access of fire trucks to fire water tanks,

e) possible repairs of elements of the rainwater sewage system used to drain water from roads and squares (based on the assessment of the technical condition after the inventory),

(f) repair of drainage ditches for roads and yards.

The renovation of the surface covers approx. 17,000 m2 of roads and maneuvering yards.

The execution of the planned road repair works does not involve the need to cut down existing trees.

Protection of monuments - the Provincial Office for the Protection of Monuments in Opole did not impose on the objects located in the military complex 2925 formal forms of protection related to the protection and care of monuments, resulting from the Act on the Protection of Monuments and Care of Monuments, however, in letter No. RZ.5135.119.2.2014.ML of November 6, 2014, "draws attention to the need to preserve as much as possible the historic tissue of the unit's area, Among others through: using during all kinds of renovations, original materials (stone, sandstone, granite cubes, clinker brick, ceramic tile, etc.) and construction techniques, recreating defects in historic structures using the above-mentioned materials according to the original form of construction. It also proposes to preserve (if possible not to liquidate) objects built before 1945 (buildings, tracks, roads)", whose presence in the field in no way interferes with the current operation of the site, and determines the value of the architectural ensemble and special land development.

Development of pre-design and design documentation for the renovation of the surface and hardening of roads in the technical part as part of the task entitled "Renovation of roads of the Jastrzębie Warehouse complex", meeting the requirements set out in Articles 99, 101 and 102 of the "Public Procurement Law" Act, which will constitute a description of the subject of the contract for construction works in accordance with Article 103 of the PPL Act for the implementation of material renovation of the surface and hardening of roads in the Jastrzębie Warehouse. The subject of the contract is also a valid notification of construction works in the Opole Voivodship Office in Opole and subsequent author's supervision in the scope covered by the design documentation and the transfer of author's economic rights – task 21889.

The documentation will cover all necessary construction works in a level of detail allowing for their unambiguous definition. The scope covered by pre-design and design studies should include at least the adaptation of existing roads and paved yards to the load capacity requirements, technical conditions to be met by roads and their location, as well as technical conditions to be met by the intersection of railway lines with roads and their location, to ensure transport by wheeled heavy goods vehicles with a load on one axle up to 8t.

The existing road network in the administrative and technical area of the Jastrzębie Warehouse requires:

a) repair of roads with paved surface from the first intersection behind the entrance gate to the technical area of the complex,

(b) manoeuvring areas,

c) renovation of level crossings and connection of road roadways with the surface of the railway siding in the area of loading ramps at selected warehouses, in order to obtain the necessary maneuvering yards – the scope of works regarding the tracks should be agreed with the contractor of the documentation of the renovation of tracks in the Jastrzębie Warehouse,

d) changes in traffic organization in order to improve access to warehouses,

e) hardening of fire protection roads. to ensure free access of fire trucks to fire water tanks,

f) possible repairs of elements of the storm water drainage system used to drain water from roads and squares (based on the assessment of the technical condition after the inventory),

(g) repairs of drainage ditches for roads and yards.

The renovation of the surface covers approx. 133,000 m2 of roads and maneuvering yards. Renovation requires the construction of the surface of sections of railway siding tracks adjacent to the storage ramps and the connection with the road surface at the intersection of roads with the railway siding, which will enable access and maneuvering of vehicles with semi-trailers and HDS.
