Unique lot that provides for the acquisition of bulletproof helmets with ballistic visor.
The contracting authority intends to take advantage of the reduction of tender times pursuant to art. 61 paragraph 6 of Legislative Decree 50/2016 and art. 8 paragraph 1 letter c of Legislative Decree 2020 n. 76 and subsequent amendments.
The supply includes the supply of bulletproof helmets with ballistic visor – CIG ZA93B705A0Single Lot: CIG ZA93B705A0 – CPV n. 35813000-6
Supply Single lot: bulletproof helmets with ballistic visor.
Clear unit base price of € 1,655.14 (excluding VAT), for each bulletproof helmet.
NB: The exact quantities will be determined up to the amount financed, in relation to the unit hammer price.
Preparation for the conformity check will be carried out:
Installment 1 (equal to 43% of the entire contractual supply): 150 days from T0
Installment 2 (equal to 43% of the entire contractual supply): 270 days from T0
Installment 3 (equal to 14% of the entire contractual supply): 390 days from T0
where T0 is the date of communication to the contracting company of the registration of the decree approving the contract
