1. The subject of the contract is a comprehensive insurance of property and civil liability of Przedsiębiorstwo Produkcyjno Usługowo Handlowy RADKOM Sp. z o.o.

2. The subject matter of the contract includes the following risks:

A. property insurance against fire and other random events,

B. Property insurance against theft with burglary and robbery,

C. Window insurance against contusion,

D. Electronic equipment insurance against all risks,

E. Insurance of machinery against breakdowns and damages,

F. Insurance of construction machinery and equipment,

G. Liability Insurance.

3. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is attached as Appendix 6 to the Terms of Reference.

4. The Terms of Use contain confidential information contained in Appendices 6-14 to the Terms of Reference.

The method of access to confidential information and the requirements related to the protection of the confidential nature of information are contained in Chapter I. III SWZ.
