The contractor shall assist the Ministry of Finance with the follow-up of the Treff initiative, so that the project is carried out as best as possible in accordance with time, cost and quality.

The Treff initiative consists of two projects — the Treff project (development of new and improved system for supporting for the Norwegian Customs control area) and the express clearance project (new solution for declaration and automatic customs clearance at the border). The background for the project is further described in the Parliamentary bill No 1 S (2018-2019). The total value of the Treff initiative is NOK 530 million.
