The University of Oslo (the Awarding Authority) henceforth referred to as the UiO, is the largest and most traditional institution for higher education in Norway. The agglomeration of buildings includes approx. 100 buildings situated at various locations in Oslo (Blindern, Gaustad, Sentrum and Tøyen), as well as some locations outside Oslo.

UiO is subject to constant changes and requirements for alterations and reconstruction of the premises in order to facilitate the physical conditions in the best possible manner, often occur. Alterations and new procurements of marking signs both internally and externally in the premises are frequently required. This contract shall cover the requirement for production, installation and maintenance of internal and external signs.
