Subject of these services: TD. Maintenance of public greenery 2020–2022.

Place of service: City of Blankenberge, Technical Department, Scharebrugstraat 110, in 8370 Blankenberge.

This assignment concerns the maintenance of part of the green area of the city.

The contract is subdivided into the following lots:

Lot 1: 'Maintenance of public green areas'. Explanation: the assignment to be carried out comprises:

- mowing and catching lawns,

- trimming lawns,

- chopping and keeping weeds free of plants,

- shaving of solids,

- shaving hedges and keeping the hedge feet free of weeds.

The plot can be extended twice. The basic agreement has a duration of 24 months and is then renewable twice, each time for a period of 12 months. The extension is done in writing and is decided 3 months before the termination of the previous agreement.

Lot 2: 'Unchecked [...] (see contract documents).

The assignment to be carried out comprises:

- mowing and catching lawns,

- trimming lawns,

- chopping and keeping weeds free of plants,

- shaving of solids,

- shaving hedges and keeping the hedge feet free of weeds.
