The contest applies to a framework agreement for the procurement of school camp places for 8th years in Sandefjord Municipality. The school camp's location ought to be within a radius of 2 hours bus drive. Sandefjord Municipality currently has approx. 750 pupils of the relevant age, split between 6 secondary schools (from 50 - 150 pupils per school).

The intentions of school camp stays for the pupils in Sandefjord are to give them knowledge, skills and experiences in nature, overall competence in physical education and to build social relationships that contribute to a better learning environment. The learning the pupils is given during the school camp stay must be in accordance with the curriculum for the Knowledge Promotion Reform (LK20).

All pupils in the 8th year, approx. 750 pupils (split between 6 schools) for the school year 2026/2027, must be offered a school camp stay of four days / three nights.
