Contract for the provision of support and maintenance for the Council's existing Planning, Environmental health and other services software (‘Idox’) for a period of 5 years.

The Council has a licence in perpetuity to use Idox Software — a package of modules for planning, planning enforcement, environmental health, licencing and asset management requirements. These licences were procured in 2002 under a framework agreement applicable at that time.. A five year contract has been awarded for the provision of support and maintenance of the Council's existing Idox Software.
