SWE Energie GmbH is planning to set up an intelligent house connection station system (IHAST system) in digitization stage 4. After assembly and upgrading, the prerequisites for connecting stations to the communication infrastructure for the heating network are met.

- Disassembly of 20 house connection stations within existing properties

- Dismantling the primary connections, dismantling the secondary heating and sanitary connections within the installation room

- Delivery and installation of 20 house connection stations with system separation, one secondary regulated heating circuit+central WWB each by means of a fresh water system, output range 95 to 300 kW

- Delivery and installation of the respective safety technology in the form of static expansion tanks

- Creation of 20 primary connections within properties DN 25 to 40

- Delivery and installation of 31 heating buffer cylinders in energy-optimised design (stratified storage), divided between the respective properties

- Produce 9 secondary building connections on the heating side within existing connection rooms, consisting of black steel pipe DN 32 to 50 welded

- Establish 11 secondary heating connections within existing connection rooms, consisting of galv. C-steel tube, pressed, 54 to 35 mm

- Manufacture of 20 sanitary connections of fresh water systems from stainless steel pipe within existing connection rooms, pressed pipe system, 54 to 28 mm
