The objective of this tender is to find a suitable supplier/ partner for the delivery, implementation and management of a case system for the municipality of Lochem. The municipality of Lochem wishes to achieve this goal by means of a European tender, where the 'tender with the best price-quality ratio' is the starting point. With this tender, the contracting authority wishes to contract a single tenderer who is able to carry out the delivery and implementation properly (above all qualitatively but also competitively), in accordance with the requirements set out in the tender documents. The estimate is € 120,000 per year (€ 1,440,000 total over 12 years), the implementation is estimated at a maximum of € 120,000 (one-off) and the total estimate over the maximum term is: € 1,560,000 excluding VAT, excluding indexations.
