The subject of the contract is services in the field of forest management as defined in Article 6 (1) point 1 of the Law of 28 September 1991 on forests (text one: Journal of Laws of 2020, item 6 as late as “Forests Act”) covering works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, obtaining and ripping timber, tourist development of the forest, work related to the management in the forest nursery to be carried out in the area of the Cewice Forest District in 2022.

The scope of the subject includes the total quantities of works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, harvesting and ripping of timber and others resulting from Zał No. 3 to SWZ, which consists of: Zał nr 3.. -size of works according to groups of activities, activities and location; Zał nr 3.2. — sortment arrangement of timber harvesting; Zał nr 3.3.summary of distance and conditions of lumber rip; Zał nr 3.4.— summary of items not made available for machine acquisition; Zał no 3.5. —information on the use of possible logging technologies; Zał No. 3.8. - list of surfaces with protection of raids and offages.Material ranges collated in order 3.1. - 3.3. and 3.5. are estimated. Quality standards relating to all relevant characteristics of the subject of the contract, determines Decision No 19 of the DGLPz of 17 March 2021, as amended by Decision No 101 of the Director of 16 September 2021 and amended Dec. No 112 of the Director of 4 October 2021 on the introduction to the application of the 'Description of the standard of forestry execution technology' in org units. LP and regional quality standards as defined by Decision No 16/2021 of the Director of the RDLP in Gdańsk of 7 June 2021, as amended by Decision No 37/2021 of the RDLP in Gdańsk of 9 July 2021. The detailed description of the standard of technology for the performance of particular forestry works (activities) included in the subject of the contract provided the basis for the determination of quality requirements relating to the elements consisting of the object included in Annex 4 to SWZ (Description of the standard of technology for the execution of forestry works). Descriptions of the activity codes describing the individual forest works (activities) included in the subject of the order are described in Zał No. 4 to SWZ.Descriptions of the rules of the procedure for taking the forest works are included in Zał No. 4 to SWZ.The object of the order was not divided into parts (“Package”) Act IV P 2 — forestry: Runowo, Mikorowo; Implementation of works included in the subject of the contract for individual Packages will take place in the area of forestry — relevant for the Package in question (“Package implementation area”). The location (forest address) of individual forest works falling within the scope of the subject of the Agreement is preliminary. The location of the work falling within the scope of the Subject of the Agreement will be specified in the Order referred to in point 3.3. point 1), with the proviso that it will always be the Package Implementation Area.Due to the actual nature and weather situation, which may occur during the implementation of the subject orders, attackingthe situation of gosp.-ekon provided at the moment, the Ordering Party reserves the right to make downsizing adjustments, increasing adjustments, new location arrangements, as well as to withhold the actions indicated in the individual rows of tables describing the subject orders. Increasing adjustments do not imply the introduction of new works not covered by the scope of the contract, and reducing adjustments do not imply a complete abandonment of part of the work. These should be understood as increasing the amount of work in one location in the Package Execution Area, while reducing the amount of work in another location in the Package Execution Area, within the total quantities of individual works falling within the scope of the Contract Subject specified in SWZ, which are available throughout the Package Execution Area.
