The objective of the procurement is to enter into a framework agreement with one service provider who shall cover the Norwegian Institute of Public Health's total requirement for arranging events with a great number of visitors, as well as social events that involve the entire or major parts of the Institute, e.g.:

o Christmas parties, New Year's parties or summer parties;

o Strategy gatherings;

o Research days;

o Conferences.
