The subject of the contract is the development of design documentation, obtaining the appropriate administrative decision on the basis of which it will be possible to perform construction works for the implementation of a road investment, perform (on the basis of the developed design documentation and the above-mentioned decision) construction works and prepare a collaudation report of the performed construction works together with subcontracting documentation, including quantitative inventory.

1.2. Detailed definition and scope of the subject of the contract are included in the Functional and Utility Program constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ and in the proposed contractual provisions constituting Annex No. 7 to the SWZ.

1.2. Detailed definition and scope of the subject of the contract are included in the Functional and Utility Program constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ and in the proposed contractual provisions constituting Annex No. 7 to the SWZ.

1.3. The scope of the subject of the contract includes all activities of the Contractor necessary to perform the subject of the contract in a proper manner, in accordance with applicable law, relevant standards and recommendations of competent authorities and the principles of construction art.

1.4. The works must be carried out in accordance with the design documentation developed, the administrative decisions obtained, the arrangements and technical conditions for the execution and acceptance of the works and in accordance with the decision allowing the execution of the works. Decisions, arrangements and all other documents required for the performance of the subject of the contract shall be prepared and obtained by the Contractor on its own and at its own expense acting on behalf of the Ordering Party on the basis of the power of attorney granted to it.
